Meetings

Meetings usually take place in the Committee Room at Partridge Green Village Hall RH13 8HX unless the agenda states otherwise. A few times a year they are held in Dial Post Village Hall RH13 8NS.

The outline schedule for meetings is as follows. (For the exact dates, see the Meetings Calendar.)

Planning Committee – 1st Thursday of the month

Finance Committee – Finance meetings are held quarterly.

Full Council meeting – 3rd Thursday of the month. (No meeting in August)

Please note that in 2026, all meetings will be held on THURSDAYS.
