Parish Council Agendas & Minutes
The agendas of meetings of West Grinstead Parish Council will be published here three full working days ahead of each meeting.
All meetings will be held in the Committee Room at Partridge Green Village Hall, unless stated differently below.
Current Committee Agendas
Planning Committee – The next meeting is on Thursday 8th January 2026 in Partridge Green Village Hall at 7.30pm. The agenda will be published at least 3 days before the meeting. The meeting which should have taken place in December has been cancelled as there were no applications to discuss.
Full Council – The next meeting is on Thursday 18th December 2025 in Partridge Green Village Hall at 7.30pm. The agenda can be found HERE
Finance Committee – Finance meetings will take place quarterly. The next meeting will be 8th January 2026 in Partridge Green Village Hall committee room. The agenda and papers will be published in the week before the meeting.
Minutes for the previous meeting will be displayed as draft until they have been approved and signed by the Committee Chair. Until this time they are subject to change. They are available for public inspection via the links below.
